SendAI ("we", "our", or "the extension") is a Chrome Extension developed by sarvodayainfotech.com. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and with whom we share it when you use the SendAI Chrome Extension.
1. Data We Collect
SendAI collects the following data to provide its functionality:
- Login credentials: Your registered email address and password, used solely to authenticate you with the SendAI server.
- Gmail sender email: The email address of the currently logged-in Gmail account, detected from the Gmail interface to verify your sender identity.
- Recipient email addresses: Email addresses you enter in the "To" field, used to send bulk emails via your Gmail account.
- Email subject and body: The subject line and message content you compose, sent via your Gmail account and logged for tracking purposes on our server.
- Authentication state: Your login ID and account name, stored locally in Chrome's storage to maintain your session.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect, read, or store any existing emails in your Gmail inbox.
- We do not collect any browsing history or data from other websites.
- We do not collect payment information.
- We do not collect any data outside of what is required for the extension to function.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Authentication: Your login credentials are sent to the SendAI server (Commently.tryautomation.com) to verify your identity and authorise access.
- Sender verification: Your Gmail email address is sent to our server to confirm you are a registered sender.
- Email tracking: Recipient email addresses, email subject, and body content are sent to our server to record and track the email sending process for your account.
- Session management: Login state is stored locally in Chrome's storage so you do not need to log in every time you open the extension.
4. Data Storage
- Local storage: Your login session data (login ID, account name, logged-in status) is stored locally on your device using Chrome's
chrome.storage.local API. This data never leaves your device except as described above.
- Server storage: Email tracking data (sender email, recipient emails, subject, body, send counts) is stored on the SendAI server hosted at
Commently.tryautomation.com. This data is retained as per our internal data retention policy.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Your data is shared only in the following circumstances:
- SendAI Server (Commently.tryautomation.com): All API calls are made to our own server. No third-party analytics, advertising, or data brokers receive your data.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or in response to a valid legal process.
6. Permissions Used
SendAI requests the following Chrome permissions:
- storage: To save your login session locally so you remain logged in between uses.
- host_permissions (mail.google.com): To inject the SendAI button into Gmail and interact with the Gmail compose interface to send emails on your behalf.
- host_permissions (Commently.tryautomation.com): To communicate with the SendAI authentication and tracking server.
7. Data Security
All communication between the extension and our server is conducted over HTTPS. We do not store your password on the server beyond what is required for authentication. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data.
8. User Control
- You can sign out of SendAI at any time using the "Sign Out" button, which clears all locally stored session data.
- Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data from your device.

9. Children's Privacy
SendAI is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
